Note - Our help desk system allows you to track the status of submitted requests, post follow-up notes and correspond with help desk operators in a bulletin board fashion. In order to use all these benefits you need to login using your user id and password before submitting service requests. Registration is quick and free.

When submitting a help desk ticket, please include as much information as possible to expedite the process. Make sure you use the appropriate choice below for the nature of your request (PALS, PUTR, PC, website, etc.).

We need your full, given name to locate the record associated with your log in and password, and your city and state to ensure we are using the appropriate record in our diagnosis of the problem.

Please include the following in the description of your issue:

  • The nature of your request (error received, login request, etc.)
  • The website address where you are experiencing the issue
  • Your current log in and password, if available
  • An attachment of a screen print of any error screens
We will address your issue as quickly as possible once all of the information has been received and we have had an opportunity to research the issue.
